Built by a Clinician, For Clinicians
I'm Jared, a home health nurse, and I built EchoMed because I was tired of spending my evenings catching up on documentation instead of being present with my family. I know the reality of clinical work: you finish your visits exhausted, then face hours of charting. The tools we're given weren't designed for how we actually work.
So I built something better. EchoMed understands the messy, nonlinear way we think through our notes because it was designed by someone who documents the same visits you do. This isn't a product built by engineers guessing what clinicians need - it's built by a clinician who needed it.
EchoMed was born in home health, and that's still where its visit-type support runs deepest. But the goal was always bigger: help clinicians save time and provide better patient care by reducing documentation time - whether you're a nurse, NP, PA, physician, or therapist, in the field, a clinic, or a facility.
What started as a solution for my own documentation continues to grow with input from clinicians across settings. Every piece of feedback shapes what EchoMed becomes next.
